• We will have a bluetooth speaker for backing tracks but be patient with the tech.

• Keep your content somewhat appropriate for all ages

Craft Swap is a relaxed, eco-conscious event where you bring craft supplies you already have at home and swap them for something new from a community of fellow crafters! It’s a fun way to reduce waste, share resources, and spark creativity.

We will be trying something new this year and using the last half hour to play improv games with the whole group.

Come spend a cozy, creative evening making fabric bag charms. In this workshop, you’ll learn how to turn upcycled fabric and colorful beads into bag charms—perfect for gifting or adding a little flair to your favorite accessory.

$35 Registration fee includes:
Fabric, beads, pliers, and all the tools you’ll need.

Each participant will make and take home three unique bag charms.

No experience needed—just bring your creativity and enjoy a cozy, chill crafting session.

Nutrition Workshop focused on educating those who attend on general but POWERFUL concepts to make eating “healthy” make more sense

- Lecture will focus on breaking down Carbs, Protein and Fats and how they relate to specific health goals and fitness aspirations

-Participants will receive their own meal plan with instructions on how to eat moving forward after the event

- Live Q&A to answer specific questions after seminar on!
